Terms of Use for Accommodation with Pets

Basic Requirements:

1. Your pets must be an indoor dogs or cats that weighs 34kg or less.
2. Your pets must be at least 6 months old and trained not to bite, bark excessively, jump, or destroy facilities.
3. Your pets must be shampooed and trimmed before using the facility. Flea and tick control measures must be completed prior to using the facility.
4. Your pets must be inoculated against rabies once a year and must be less than one year old after receiving a mixed vaccine of five or more types.
   *An antibody test result certificate proving sufficient antibodies for the mixed vaccine can be substituted for the vaccination certificate. For the mixed vaccine, a certificate proving the dog has sufficient antibodies can substitute for the vaccination certificate.
   *Please submit the following documents (photocopies are acceptable):
   ① Certificate of rabies vaccination
   ② Certificate of mixed vaccine vaccination
   ・Rabies Vaccination Certificate (please present to staff) or rabies vaccination proof
   ・Certificate of mixed vaccine vaccination or certificate of antibody test result (must be positive for canine distemper virus, canine parvovirus, and canine adenovirus)
5. Your pets are free of zoonotic or infectious diseases.
6. Your pets are not undergoing treatment for an illness or injury. For female dogs, your pets must not be menstruating or within two weeks of menstruation, nor pregnant.
7. Your pets is not a dog bred for fighting and will not exhibit significant aggression or cause fear or aversion in others or other pets.

Manners for Staying in the Pet Room

1. Please bring your pet's leash, food, dishes, toilet, litter box, and bedding that your pet is accustomed to using.
2. Wipe your pet's feet before entering the Pet Room.
3. Do not trim and brush in the Pet Room.
4. Do not bring your pet into main building except for the Pet Room.
5. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a kennel brought by you while on the premises, including the parking lot, except in the Pet Room.
6. If your pet defecates on the premises, please clean up the mess properly.
7. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if your pet soils the sheets, bedding, sofa, or other items in the room.
8. Please make sure that your pets do not damage the building, furniture, fixtures, appliances, fittings, or plants. If they do, you will be required to pay for the damages.
9. If your pet causes damage or injury to the facility or a third party, you will be required to compensate the facility or third party for the damages. If any claims are made against our facility due to such damage, you will be required to compensate the facility for all damages.
10. Our facility is not liable for any pet injury, escapes, or death due to natural disasters, unforeseen accidents, or force majeure during your stay. We are also not responsible for any problems between guests or pets caused by the presence of other pets.
11. If a guest or pet owner, leaves their pet unattended in the facility without checking out, ownership of the pet will transfer to the facility seven days after check-out date.
12. Please note that if any information on the application is false, or if the guest, owner, or pet violates this agreement by entering the main building during their stay or causing any inconvenience, danger, or accidents to other guests, the guest will be charged compensation and may be denied future accommodations. Please understand this.
13. We may contact you for confirmation if the agreement is incomplete.
